Bob has been building, remodeling, and maintaining properties in Washington state for more than 15 years. He is a bit different than most of the hired help you will find out there.  Bob has a degree in mechanical engineering, certificates from WSU in horticulture and viticulture. He is a certified permaculturist specializing in designing sustainable landscapes. Bob also has ongoing education in framing, small engines, siding/weather proofing, etc.  

Julia has extensive experience in remodeling, design, and planning management for construction and handyman services.  

Julia and Bob have been local to Whidbey since 2018 when we started building our farm here. Penn Cove Construction provides top-notch handyman services, agricultural design, and remodeling - this includes access to other professionals complimenting their skills and experience.
