Basic labor to install closet organizers  with favorable conditions. Fabricate and secure mounting frame to  wall framing studs. Fabricate and install shelf support and shelves.   Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation  and protection, setup and cleanup. 

This is for general services provided and directed by the client.  It will exclude electrical or plumbing work which will be provided if needed by a licensed professional.

Installation of top decking planks - wood, composite or synthetic.  This does not include the cost of materials or fasteners. Prep and repair of existing deck is estimated separately.  New deck construction is bid custom.

Estimates building a spec shed or greenhouse.  Estimates in this range do not included concrete work if needed for the foundation.

Create a custom planting area that is easier to grow and defend against pests. Basic materials of treated lumber used to create a bed.

Installation of fencing using metal post mounts/spikes.  Metal post spikes allow for quick installation and prevents ground rot and leaching of toxins into your soil.  Fence designs will vary, but will include treated 4x4 posts, support rails, and common planks that are pre-stained/treated.

Installation of siding or repair of fiber/cement, cedar or other forms of siding and water proofing.
